    Seeing as I'm not fat, but I still weigh over 10 stone, and still in early teens I'd have to say muscle.

    Someone I know that's the same height as me that doesn't do as much work (outdoor, gardening... not only does it build up muscle also gives me a nice tan.. bonus ) weighs about 3 stone less.
