If it were America of course, that could be simplified to "Sue him"
If it were China, that could be simplified to "Kill him"
You have to admire the legal system in Europe that allows people like this to be convicted of so many crimes simultaneously.

Wow, they must have smooth roads in Germany, I remeber going down a hill at about 25mph on my skateboard and getting totally numb feet through the vibrations from the rough road. Also, wouldn't want to hit a stone at those speeds
