    well i've only just got the monitor, but i've played GRID and Crysis on it and it was awesome
    i've also been saving Vanishing Point to watch on this monitor in BluRay too
    seems pretty good from the 5 minutes i watched.
    shame it's for my brother though

    i really don't understand how it's better than my £210 monitors, which are DVI and made by Samsung..
    and that's with them side by side using 'clone display' mode.

    overall: bloody bargain for £130!

    note to self: turn brightness down before you're blind

    EDIT: i would upload photos of them side by side, but they both look crap with my camera, so you wouldn't really gain much from it i'm afraid

    I have found that good quality vga monitors tend to be very similar to their dvi counterparts.

    Anyhow thanks for the info, I was considering buying one of these for my brother and I think I will now. Would buy one for myself but my silly ikea desk does not have the space .
