Haha I know what ya mean Mrs Powell makes me sound so old though. I do have a range of names including "Lady" "Teacher" "Miss" and "Ashell" as a few can't pronounce the Mi sound in Michelle

The little ones are lovely, just so honest and funny But the older ones annoy me, especially the 8 year old oik who thinks he owns the place! i'm so strict with him and he gets away with nothing with me. And i've told my staff not to give in either ( some do for a quiet life and I won't have it, he needs to know who is in charge and that he is not a grown up ) He shouted at a little Girl tonight, was really nasty to her and made her cry, then he complained to my colleague about the way I spoke to him, I suggested that if he wants to be spoken too nicely, then he should speak to People nicely in the first place
