'Political correctness' or whatever it's called is going far too far in the UK in my opinion. Near where I live, somebody was forced to take down Christmas lights or was facing court because they offended a muslim working for the local council.

The guy sets up a display every year. Kids came from miles away to see it and I don't see how it could be offensive. Besides, the councillor had only recently immigrated to the UK. I think it's unfair that people can enter our country and change things like this. If he somehow wanted to display lights for some other religious festival, it certainly wouldn't offend me.
