I believe in God, but dont follow the bible/go to church etc. I see religon as more of a guide/common sense way to lead your life rather then a series of rules & conditions you must follow. Both extremes (pro/anti religion) i feel cause more problems in this world then anything, and if everyone took religion with a pinch of common sense the world would be a far better place! Modern Christian sumed up imo.

If people can't take a joke like this, they should look deep inside themself as to why!
Look out, he's gone off on one again. Perhaps the best response is to quote one of my favourite writers of this enlightened age:

I dont have a problem with his choice as such, what i do have a problem is how the media jumps and whips up any religious view as scandalous, good job he didn't nickname his bus Mohammed

Well then really you're not a Christian at all - no offense meant here - you're a theist with morals. You can't say that you're a Christian yet not go to church and not follow the Bible.

One of the age old arguments again, i fear. Why should religion be a pre-requisite to morality and common sense? And an atheist's counter to your last comment would be if everyone took religion with a pinch of common sense, there would be no religion.

If the BHA, hardly an extremist group, aren't allowed to advertise on buses then it should be a criminal offense to advertise religion of any sort on public property/public areas.

We all know that if you believe in something so much, then it aint mean nothing when you have someonemake fun of it.. you just kind of ignore it because you believe in it so much.

But then again, some people are freaky like this.

None taken mate, just my beliefs vs your opinions it seems, either way im not here for a discussion/debate on my beliefs. To an atheist they will always seem out of touch. Only posted to say that i found the original message humorous & didnt see why there was such a big deal about it.

    edit: likewise, no offense intended.

He looks scarily like Yoda. But is the Jedi religion also offended by other beliefs..... I mean its not like the advert says "Join the darkside, now conquer the solar system!"
