What will happen to my order?

Hi,

I was just wondering what will happen with my order that contains this item:

Which is a pre-order atm.

Do any of the scans guys have more info of the eta on this? And do I have an allocation in the next delivery?

Also how will it affect the rest of my order and will I get told when you ship it out? and/or have a choice? or will it just turn up some random day?

We are still awaiting this part from Coolermaster, it will hold up the rest of your order unless you remove it. There is no ETA at the moment but I will confirm as soon as we know.

I dont suppose it can be shipped out separatly when it comes in?

It can if you pay for delivery as you can only get free standard delivery but other than that you will have to remove it or just wait till it appears in stock.

Well how much will delivery be for splitting the order? It can't cost £7-8 to send out the extra fans and stuff I have ordered. Do you want me to PM you my invoice number so you can give me a quote?

it costs Scan to deliver but we offer free postage, if you want the order split then we will have to charge postage for one of the orders. If you wish to sort this please call customer services and we can get this done straight away.

Just rung, they said, that someone will let me know if the next 30 mins if one was in stock and being sent to me, if not then i can take it off the order so it can still be sent out tomorrow.

Turns out it was defo out of stock. the side panel has come off the order. I'm going to order it again another time. The rep has said my other stuff should be shipped today for delivery tomorrow. i sure hope so cus I wont be in to take delivery on thursday.
