Companies enforcing drug tests so they can sack an employee rather than make them redundant? I think its just an easy way out of them coughing up redundancy payouts..hmm, I guess in this ecomonic climate it is understandable as companies will do anything within their power to save their organisation even if this does mean laying off employees who fail the test as it could mean a damn lot more people would lose their jobs if the company went out of business!
As an ex smoker of a quarter ounce of cannabis a day for 4/5 years I don't like to see people stoned at work as it definitely doesn't help with most normal jobs. Its fine IMO if they smoke at the weekends or even after work but smoking dope before work and turning up blazed is a bit out of order tbh.
If only there was a way of finding out with a test, just how intoxicated they are - this would be one step to finding out the ones who come to work stoned.
