No-one is desputing the fact that PCWorld is more expensive than online retailers for a lot of items. they do have higher costs to deal with.
They have their place and they have their uses. I've been in a very similar situation to Saracen in the past and PCWorld have come up trumps.
This would be around 9 years ago, PCI-E was unheard of, and no she wasn't cute, she was just dumb with attitude.
Either way, as has been stated, PCWORLD do have their place in the structure, the main thing that folks dont get is that the sales guys, and some of the techs and CS staff are just yer average joe's working in retail, hired more for their sales skills or work capacity rather than any computer knowledge. PCWORLD would be a damn sight more expensive if they hired grad students who lets face it, aren't going to work for 15k a year after spending 3 or 4 years at uni busting their mental backsides.
