My trust account has gone wonky! I tried to log in but it kept rejecting all my password attempts. I them asked for a password reset, one was sent and then tried to log in. It still didn't take it. I couldn't find my account via a normal search but found it from an old purshase! I clicked through and it said my account was inactive. How can I get it reactivated?

can you not email/phone company who holds your trust account and get them to re activate account.
has account been inactive for more than 6 months as some firms make accounts inactive as a security point so you have to contact them to reactivate it.
Just be careful via emails as you know the risks, with your log in details
