Banned from XBOX Live.... Is this guy for real?

This guy is obviously an idiot going to the BBC and giving an interview about being banned then admitting he copied 30 games.

I also think that the impact piracy has is over exaggerated as does anybody really believe that he would have bought 30 games not a chance and the chances are he didn't even play half of them more than once.

I've got an Xbox 360 and the only games I ever play are GTA or Football (Fifa or PES) yet I always subscribe to Xbox live every year but hardly ever go on it. I hardly ever even play the games I've got.

I find it highly unlikely that these people who pirate vast quantities of media ever actually use it or do they do it because they can.

Why would anyone want 100s of games when tere oonly a handful of good ones IMO.

Can't believe some people. Mind you I've just be reading a dispute on another forum about a Wii that was sold with games.

The games turned out to be copies and the Wii soft-modded but the seller is so thick skinned. Not only is that fact that the forum bans such sales and it is illegal outside the forums is alien to him he tops it off with "Well the buyer got a good deal, at that price what did he think he was getting".

I would be really unhappy if I bought a console that stated it had 10 games with it and they all turned out to be copies plus the Wii probably won't be able to go online. I think anyone selling a modified console must mention it in the ad then that would be the buyer’s decision but to do it in a dishonest way is just wrong.
