Braun Oral B here, changed over about three years ago and it made a huge difference to cleanliness.

I'm under specialist dental care at Guys Hospital (long story but treatment has finished now) and they recommended this toothbrush.

Used in conjunction with a fluoride mouthwash such as Colgate Fluoriguard itreally can help preserve the life of your molars.

And they're only about twenty quid in supermarkets, though the heads are relatively expensive.

I got a mains rechargable one for about £5 from Wilkinsons, couldn't believe how cheap it was. Does the job fine for me.

+1 for an electric toothbrush. That and regular mouthwash has meant my 4 wisdom coming through dont give me as much pain as they used to.
