I found this quite interesting...

Each beam dump absorber consists of a 7m long segmented carbon cylinder of 700mm diameter, contained in a steel cylinder, comprising the dump core (TDE). This is water cooled, and surrounded by about 750 tonnes of concrete and iron shielding. The dump is housed in a dedicated cavern (UD) at the end of the transfer tunnels (TD).

Obvious fail in that video. He'll never get anywhere hitting the infected in the chest like that, he needs to go for the headcrab!

aha, yes. you got to remember some people take all this very seriously though! even though the laser beam comment wasn't meant to be taken so literally, boredom at work leads to meaningless posts at times.
