Re: Play.com is taking ages to pack my items...

Back on topic I had a set of memory ordered agaes back but it never showed up and as you have to wait 29 days before you can get anything done about it, it wasn't untill the 27th that I could put through a request for replacements.
While it was approved on the 29th it's only now listed as posted (31st)
Same for the order I put in for fans from specialtech which I also put in on the 27th

Re: Play.com is taking ages to pack my items...

Considering the time off that play would have had, my stuff's been listed as posted in a reasonable time.
    No real complaints.

Also, someone doesn't know about the digital distribution on the 360's!

But yeah on topic, it's pretty obvious why the packages are developing late. I ordered a TV a long while back and it only just got delivered...

Re: Play.com is taking ages to pack my items...

I'd suggest your order has been hanging around due to a backlog of orders over Christmas. I ordered some DVDs on 23rd December for a friend and they were all packed and shipped by the 24th, which I didn't actually expect. So they were working to schedule right before Christmas, hence I think it has now slipped.

It is the holiday season, I ordered a small book from there once and shipping was fine for me. Just be a little more patient.
