Hmm, looking further I see that verbal can mean both 'Spoken, not written' and 'to do with words and language'. Ironic that a phrase used in "communications" is so ambiguous...

I like getting in contact with freinds I haven't spoken to for years mainly and I hate getting invited to countless amounts of groups that I have no interest in whatsoever and people that I don't know adding me randomly, even an MP has added me lol
