Same.

O2 did have some major downage during the week thanks to cables being cut in Luton, when they were repaired the service was a bit slow and flaky until the weekend, so maybe they were rerouting.

That was probably a separate Linx routing problem which, judging by the Linx traffic graph, appears to be resolved.
