Re: Whos your daddy and what does he do.

i'm 40, and am part of an IT & telephony support team for 2 call centres. unfortunaltely the rest of the team are based at the other centre, so i do just about everything at the one i work at.

usual sort of stuff, even tho i have a specific job description detailing what i'm meant to do, just about any issues with anything that has a plug gets referred to me

my dad, he died 20 years ago. he was (a) a shift supervisor at a metalising plant (in layman's terms, where the raw materials for tin foil and xmas decorations are made) and (b) an alcoholic, hence being dead

Re: Whos your daddy and what does he do.

I'm 34 and work as an IT consultant in the telco sector for a big IT company. My dad worked as a delivery boy / runner for one of his relatives as a lad, was in the Army for a short while (signals if I remember correctly) as a young man and was a spark (electrician) for most of the rest of his life. As you can probably tell from the past tense he's brown bread - died a few years ago unfortunately. Gone but not forgotten... RIP

Also I like to know how old everyone is

This is to get more of a feel for what kind of people are posting on this forum, i'm sure others have wondered this aswell, I can't be the only one.
