Re: Ever found something on the web you'd forgotten about?

Paint?? that was photoshop 5.5, which I still use as it's my favourate version of photoshop (before the layout change of 6 and the bloating of CS)
It's also really easy to reinstall when I reinstall OS, all you need to do is copy the program folder over and make shortcuts, no registry keys or of files squirreled away in odd folders.

But my point was to ask if anyone else has had this happen.
I was looking for a basic UVmapping tutorial to show someone how UVmapping works and I found the one I made, I didn't realise it was still about.

Re: Ever found something on the web you'd forgotten about?

Not on the web any more but I was digging through my external HD's and I found the very last GiBTEK.co.uk backup before we closed up shop in early 2002 I think it was.

Shame it fell apart, we all went off to uni and the like and the time to get on with the site and constantly keeping the news up to date and reviews etc was none existent with us nearing our final years we closed the site.

Brings back many memories when digging through the old articles etc.

Re: Ever found something on the web you'd forgotten about?

I don't think there's anything unexpected on the web, but I'm always quite proud that my first paid-for web design project is still up and running: http://philtar.ucsm.ac.uk/encyclopedia/.

Apparently, however, my Mum has just found two articles that my stepdad wrote years ago and had forgotten about, which she now wants me to put on her website...

I found a photo of myself on one of those humour sites. I was just flicking through the photos on it and immediately recognised one. I have no idea how it got there.
