so you didnt actually explain to her dad why you threatened her? If not, I very much doubt she explained that you threatened her because she is bullying your sister..

I remember when my brother went through the same thing. Some numpties threatening to kick him in, so instead of saying I am gonna break every bone in your body to the lads who were after my brother, I started playing head games, this really messes them up. At the time I was out cruising with my brother and he see's the lads, so this is where the new trusty ski mask went on my face, turned the lights off on the car drove slowly behind them and then jumped out with the ski mask on and they rubbishrubbishrubbishrubbish their pants (pardon my french) never seen a group of lads more terrified in my life. Was funny at the time, i still remember the 17 year old lad crying asking me not to kill him lol wish I had a camera. They obviously knew it was me as they saw me that afternoon getting my brother from school so they would of known the car.

But if your sister is getting abuse from other kids at schools, I think you need to start breaking faces then they will get the message

Chill man he is talking about young girls here not some 17 year old thugs, you trying to start a war in his neighbourhood, he already has had a conflict with rat girl skin head dad so that doesn't need to escalate into men meeting each other with baseball bats at dawn. Leave it as is and if she is bullied again then take action, I suggest that now that she has involved her dad she will want to appear lily white and will stay away, there is always the option of calling the police but as it stands Russ is probably the only one who could be charged with threats to a minor or something similar so best to let it cool off. IT IS PLAYGROUND BULLYING and should not escalate further, there are Anti-social behaviour orders etc that can now be used in UK.

Russ my question to you would be, was it an "empty" threat? Would you break her legs if it went further?

I was told once by an Albanian I knew ( I say knew as he was shot in the head) that you dont make threats unless willing to carry them out as it can get you killed, ironically that's where it got him.

Was i right to threaten a 12 yo girl?
I think the answer is a 'No', given what's happened.

All that's happened is that her dad thinks you bully 12yo girls (his little jewel) when really the 12yo girl simply bullies 12yo girls......In the eyes of the law you're in the wrong. (I hate to say that, morally I think you're right) But that's the way the system works...

Her dad might not break your legs but he might slash your tires or even worse threaten your sister as you threatened his daughter.

I hope it's all calmed down now, good job of swallowing humble pie...

no mate. and if you read, i did tell him, taht i would rip his legs off. i didnt even think he wanted to fight now i tyhink about it, he was just doing waht i was doin, stickin up for his family.

the threat was empty, i wudnt hit a girl, i despise people that hit women, there cowards, especially 12 year olds. her dad came up to me today again, this time i wasnt in mood to chat with him, he said to me "i hear theyve been fghtin", i replied, "yeah i heard that too", he walked off, think this is the end of it, my sister got into a massive fight though at dinner time, this year 11 girl punched her but my sister hit her back, and pulled her hair wish it would all blow over though, really cba with it all now.

yeah exactly what i was just thinking

At high school age girls are horrible, they really are b****es.... 12 year old girls bully other 12 year old girls its the way the grow up, they dont fight like lads and get it over with, they torment each other and snipe and generally be really nasty.

Have u heard your sisters side? did she instigate this bullying, say something to upset the other girl or behave in a way that wouldnt be very popular, theres two sides to every story afterall

More often than not, yes. However the moment you start to gang up as a group and collectively pick on a single person, you need sorting out IMHO.
