Lovely cat's rave, congrats on the third. Personally I prefer dogs, but cat's are great pet's, gotta love low maintenance animals When mine was younger you wouldn't see her for days, she'd disappear out the kitchen window and just come back when she got hungry. Nowadays she barely moves apart from reminding the dog who's boss and dinner.

Re: New kitten (Pics = 500KB)

Ours are house cats. The eldest was a breeder and never went out until we got her aged 4 1/2- a bit late then, plus she is quite obviously a 'posh cat' and we were scared that she'd get nicked. And we live on a busy road with lots of buses going up and down. So we kind of have to keep the others in too- I'm not sure whether people would think Libby was worth stealing, though she looks quite distinctive; Emma is also a proper Blue and again will be very stealable. They have the run of a three bed house though.

Last night I went into the front room to find the kitten sat happy as larry on the Poang in our front room, watching the telly with my wife. Got a few more shots, with decent bounce flash this time, will upload them sometime. Tonight I came home to find her ragging round the house without a care in the world in full-on kitten mode- the fear is over. In the last 5 mins she's bopped the middle cat on the nose while trying to fight her way into a cardboard box, had a fairly spectacular fight with a Sainsburys carrier bag, and then chased a ball bearing right the way round the hall. Middle cat has stopped sulking and is now fine with her it seems, eldest cat still giving her a hiss now and again- getting crabby in her old age I guess.

I just have a grumpy tabby, I think if anyone stole her they'd bring her back. I think she's ace of course. Chases the German Shepard around and I've seen her force a grown man out of his seat because she wanted it

    Kitten's do the best slapstick
