Was a good episode. I have no idea how its going to work either ...
This is why I hate TV Series. Hate two part episodes where I have to wait ages (well it seems like it!) for the next one!

Apparently there's some weird hint in the The Eleventh Hour that Stephen Moffat says people may have missed... a lot of folks on the Doctor Who forum have some very diverse ideas on that...
And don't forget about River's purchase much earlier in the episode - I'm sure that could be useful more than once...
The monsters I remember most are all Sylvester McCoy era:
The dragon thing on the ice planet which has gems in it's head (???).
The cannibal old ladies in the block of flats
The pool cleaner which nearly ate an assistant. Same episode as cannibal ladies. Probably Ace. Possibly Bonnie Langford. Or was she another doctor's assistant?

Ace was Sylvester McCoy's - and definitely the most aggressive .. after Leela
Damn, I'm good.
It was SOOOOOOOOOO 80s. I never saw the second part. Like the Manimal episode where they find a skeleton on the beach, which my mum stopped as soon as the skeleton came on, wondering what happened in that episode formed a large part of my childhood

Manimal episode called Scrimshaw, chief.

the stories are weak and aimed at a very young audience these days, Karen appears to be a good companion but has fallen in the to the Katherine Tate trap of "oi" all the time with "Doctooorr".
Rory is a disgracful actor and character, looks like he should be hosted a kids Saturday breakfast show.
Matt Smith as an actor, ahh yes, good good good, brings the Doctor along well, good mix of bumbling, knowledge and a hidden darker side, however the plots have not been strong enough to allow him to show this well.
Each year the plots have got weaker and been aimed at either a younger or more stupid audience, this year appears to follow that trend. I'm keen to see what the final episode leads to, and I'm a little dissapointed in the Karen/time cracks -> Billie Piper/Badwolf series long plot, I like the idea of an hidden story within each episode, but the rip off of companion = critical effect on time was done to death with bad wolf and shows another lack of imagination.
I'm also dissapointed that other core re-occuring characters from the orginal Dr Who series have not been brought into play, or killed off.
The Master role has been wasted.
The Rani , non-existant
not impressed overall.
It is Inevitable.....
How many times has the Master died then reappeared ?? Ive lost count and Ive watched DR W from the very start (yes, I really am that old).
The Daleks have been wiped from all of space and time too, how come they are still around.... ?
Cybermen - didnt we used to kill them with gold ? Why not now ?
and Im sure that was the Sontaran commander who died in the ship explosion of Atmos episode ....
Plot holes ??? Yeah, they got bigger shovels than any of us
Disillusioned.
Two Cyber races: the "Roses Universe" ones, and the ones from Mondos in our universe.
The ones in last episode where supposed to be Mondos ("Classic") Cybermen - hence the fleet being original CyberShips ... but the budget didn't stretch to new costumes.
The "Classic" one made a brief appearance in "Dalek" of course
They're a clone race - probably also looked like the one from SJA as well :-)and Im sure that was the Sontaran commander who died in the ship explosion of Atmos episode ....
