its not hilarious at all, thats some ones hard earned cash gone cos some seller was a bit devious. if he payed RMSD for the box which is likely i'd just get the return address off the post office and "collect my money" back.

There's some scams out there and you have to be careful with ebay.

But to simply not read the sale page twice - you've got to be a muppet. What should the seller have done? "Sorry mate, I can't possibly accept that much for it why don't you give me ....." I can't see it happening really.

The guy should have read the post more carefully, you buy the description not the item title.

Surely if you had doubts you wouldnt bid without asking the seller.
