no I blummin' well haven't.
It's due to be installed next week or the week after, inbetween the entire new bathroom and shower room....
It's cold and rainy here and I want it installed like yours is!

I decided ages ago to buy one of these "things" for my 40th as a present to myself.. found the relevent specialist shop which happened to be close to DR's house....
I'm still waiting to get mine installed and DR has his done and dusted.
it is, without doubt, the future.. and yet it is SO the past......

Got to thinking Zak has previously talked about saving energy. Its either that or they have got a giant waterwheel installed!
I was thinking solar panel, but he said "..and yet it is SO the past...", so I'm going to guess one of those small wind turbines; the type that decapitate birds...
So its something for the bathroom, that is only of relevence when its a gloomy day.
Is it some kind of childrens tear harvesting device, it takes all of their sadness from the weather (which fyi today down here has been most enjoyable!) and turns it into a shower?

Technoloy in the market sector we're talking about has progressed in a mammoth way in the last 15 years... massive efforts, and it's remarkable because the format and use of the thing we're talking about it nearly as old as the hills.
Solar panels and rain water flush bogs are all well and good... but they're not it.
the items in question are now between 75% and 82% efficient at their best. Extra work to your house is often required, sometimes on a tiny scale, sometimes lots needed.
It will be a talking point, and it's important to get one, in my opinion, that suits the age of the house. DR has an older classic house and his was GAGGING for it.... mine is more modern, around 20 years, and I needed a smaller more contemporary one, and some minor house mod for it to look right....
that work occurs over the next 2 weeks.
Many different desgins are available, with differnt looks.. But we both wanted one.. and as DR says.. he's so pleased with his, and he now sees the benefit in such a huge way, it's been more important to him than any PC hardware or stereo gear. Or even car....
