    Just to be annoying;

    1. The fitter you are the slower your resting heart-rate, thus you live longer because it beats less when you are sleeping or sitting around etc., which is what you spend most of your time doing even if you exercise.

    2. I'm not even going to start on the in-efficiencies of ruminant metabolism, suffice to say most of what we'd need from their diet is dissapearing into the atmosphere, contributing to the greenhouse effect.

    3. I'm sure that politicians violate this rule, especially Deputy Prime Ministers

    4. When you do a lot of digging and fill a skip - it doesn't take as long, is easier to do and doesn't hurt so much the day after

    5. Only in Scotland (Deep Fried Mars Bars or Pizza??? )

    6. Meat and two veg.....

    7. Worryling true.....
