no i think without actively searching for people you know the name/e-mail of it isnt quite as straight forward as things like groups on FB. Possibly due to the fact that circle names are hidden, although i can see why they did it.
I think they need to have like Public circles aswell as friend circles so you can choose to nominate wether a persons circle type is visible?
It is still a beta though so its possible google could be working on that.
For now we could create a list of our names of people who are from hexus so that we can all add each other. Or at least links to our profiles:
