    That is actually someting I've been meaning to start doing anyway, aint used my bike in absolutly ages. Biggest problem being it's boring on my own, using earphones would be dodgy due to not hearing other cars. They're all maniacs around here

    Brothers been using it so apart frun a slightly rusty chain its in good condition (i hope at least!). Bit late to be going now tho, might try tomorrow instead.

    I find bike rides are excellent for knackering you and making you sleep quicker. Works for me.

    Went on a 20 mile ride the other day, came back, went to bed in the evening and was out like a light.

    Hey.... found a cure. Didn't sleep at all last night, got to work and fell asleep on my desk!!!

    Work... the best place to sleep

    Now I've been sent home.
