had really bad hayfever last year when taking benadryl, but got put on Telfast (fexafenodine) sinve June last year and stated up again in april, and been fine ever since
I can even go to the park and enjoy pub gardens...horray

Do these nasal sprays like Flixonase work well then? Are they available over the counter?

I've been prescribed nasal sprays since i was about 8 and they really do work. The best 2 that I've gone through are Flixonase (like you said) and Beconase worked as well. You probably won't notice an effect though for about 3-5 days. You can get them both over the counter for about £7, but it's really worth it

stupid me .. i cut grass for a living workin on a golf couse been there close to 9 years now had hey fever all my life use to take piriton now i use Benadryl Plus and a Nasal spray lifes good no probs for me at work just need to put the sun glasses on stop the crap getting in the old eyes and work away never stops me
