1) Drink water
2) something solid to eat, i like fruit and fibre with enough milk to make it smooth the rough edges.
3) once its a bit better somethign with meat in, normally english brekkie
4) some painkillers
5) whack a film or two on. not moving is better, and the time passes quickly.
6) drink lots of water.
7) if all else fails tactical chunder time
