    Great Night - Hangover Cures

Ello there guys and gals, me and a few mates went to Goodgreef at Tall Tree's last night and id reccomend it to anyone, was the most fun ive had in ages! We got home at 5:30am, and ive slept as much as i can without my headache and earache (riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing) getting in the way! So then, has anyone got any hangover cures because im going to go mad soon, my head is absolutly banging!

    Cheers

Craig (On his fifth pint of water)

Drink plenty of water to rehydrate yourself. Drink some orange juice to replace some of the vitamin c you have lost through excessive alcahol intake

Seriously, full english- skeps has had a few hangovers i'l bet

i'd give paracetamol or asprin a miss mate

paracetamol- your liver is likely to be having a hard enough time as it is coping with the ales

asprin - your stomach lining may be slightly inflamed & asprin can cause bleeding. nothing dangerous but still not a great idea

ibuprofen is definitely a better option if you're going to take painkillers

and obvioulsy plenty of water. you could try dioralyte or something similar cos this is created to replace what the body loses when dehydrated (although if you feel at all sick, you may want to avoid cos it tastes like kack )
if it ain't broke...fix it till it is

as everyone has said drink plenty of water not coke or tea or coffee as these actually make hang overs worse.youve already taken painkillers so be wary of how many you take and the time in between taking them.you can get hangover cures from the corner shop now m8 and they work!!!!cant remember what theyre called though sorry.
try and get a few hours kip and that'll work wonders as well.staring at a monitor all day wont help either lol

Food, not crappy munch something with substance + Water/OJ

drinking a litre of water when you've just got back is also a brilliant way of not having that bad a hangover the next day.

Indeed, drink water, but have something with some kind of salt content to rehydrate yourself properly, else you'll just pee it all out again straight away!

I took a different veiw to the drinking large amounts of water (always made me feel sicker) and tried a bit of a soak in a bath instead. Followed by something to eat, works for me anyway .

Drink through it like a real man

Failing that a full english and for some strange reason strawberry milkshake type drinks like yazoo (a trick i picked up off a club dj a while back that i didn't think would work but really does ) seem to do me nicely
