Am I missing something here??
I'm assuming his recent addition to the Hollywood walk of fame is what bumped him back into the limelight and got people asking who he is.
I do find it shocking that people don't know who he is, even if you don't listen to his music he is the most successful musician and composer in popular music history.
BBC online readers even voted him the greatest composer of the millennium.
I would hazard a guess that the majority of those that don't know who he is are americans.
WTF?? There are people who never heard of The Beatles?? What kind of bubble are they living in??
