    odd, I just downloaded it okay..

    Word of warning, Java blew itself apart when I installed it and I had to uninstall java, uninstall the previous firefox, then reinstall firefox..

    You didn't uninstall the previous firefox before installing this one?

    Installed it in a different directory, but it still got shirty..

    It wasn't the old firefox causing the trouble though, it was the Java installation

    Bah, i uninstall my old one and the install the new one. It's the best way, and firefox doesn't get rid of the user data so when you install the new one after uninstalling the old one all the configurations you made still apply.

    Nifty how it can download plugins automatically when you ask it to and it has the mail feature there as well (i don't know if this was in the old version)

    Adblock's been updated, should've fetched it for you automagically. If not the adblock home page has a compatible dev.

    Would do but my old version of Firefox didn't render your XML (cough, standards, cough) so I needed to update... I'm not using IE for extended periods of dev, I've written that into my contract

    its loads pages much faster than 9.x and lower.

    the downloads complete notification also brings up the download manager when you click on it now
