the pattern on the hat is the defining "tag" of a chav. They do sometimes go around in disguise, they wear tracksuits with the trousers tucked in to socks and white trainers. Just do a search for chav in google and you will hit hundreads of chav haiting websites.

It's like the Chav Clan. In order to be accepted as a chav you have to have a knackered rusty nova (De-Badged with huge Alloys), with speakers sounding like farts in buckets and wear burbury (Fake of course):
