Well the odd weekend excursion aside, looks sadly like I will be. At least we've had good weather so far.
Considering how we are on the doorstep of Europe and that we're probably not going to have low cost flights much longer (heck 10 years ago they were a lot cheaper than today!) I like to try and grab a weekend away for any excuse. Eurostar often has £15-20 each way tickets so France/Belgium/Netherlands is quite easy. Have flown to Budapest, Vilnius, Eindhoven so far the past few, looking to go to Tallinn this month.
So started to work more on my flying, learning to fly some vintage 1930s beauts at the moment, and I've got a more comfortable C172 for the weekend to pop down to Cornwall.

I don't holiday much (I travel 6+ months at a time) however as this current contract is 12+ months I'm treating myself this year! Next week off to Amsterdam for 5 days and in Sept heading over to Munich for Oktoberfest for 5 days
