I open up all the sections I read in separate tabs, then each thread in a separate tab. Means I never have to wait for the page to load.

Ive had mem usage infirefox upto 300mb, thats with a gb of ram. It doesnt like that much, starts to crash and get slow... but when you have THAT many forum windows open...
Thats the reson I use opera for forums, seems to be better with tabs.
