Pretty much talking guarenteed business and continual revenue stream for years to come. Talking pretty fierce competition and i've been lucky enough to be the pre sales technical guy on this. Worked hard and tried to ensure our proposal has been top quality and offered exactly what the customer wants.
Baring a catasrophe looks like i've won the business through my ability to listen to the customer , from the feedback we've got today.
