How much of the spam at the mo comes from spam zombies? I wouldnt mind having a
limit on the number of emails i can send in 1 hour. even setting it at 100 wouldnt affect me at all. If you need more then you should be able to enable it. Or would they or do they get around that by having writing in a mail server into the spam trojan?

Just think what might happen when you have wifi enabled phones that would really do your head in getting messages and automated call all the time. Reminds me of a great simpsons episode

You can't make direct comparisons, but IMO causing minor annoyance to 10m people a day is as bad as killing one person.
I'd have given him 90 years. And made him manually filter out spam from the prison governor's email to earn his food. Ironic justice rules!

Much as I hate spam that is in no way the right sentence, you can get off for murder on good behaviour nearly that quickly iirc.
