    Logitech Optical Trackman thingy.

Trackballs are so much easier for me to use, for desktop work and in FPS's.
People always complain when they come to try and use my mouse - especially if they are left-handed

Conversely, I hate optical "regular" mice, I don't get along with them at all.

I use trackball for general stuff, but need a mouse for FPS. I can still play with trackball, but I'm not as nimble.

I'm definitely one of the exceptions to the rule... most rules, actually
I prefer trackballs to mice and always enable the "invert mouse" option.

We had a CS session after work a few weeks ago and I had to use my work machine which has a regular mouse - most of the time I seemed to run out of desk and have my guy staring at the sky whilst being shot in the backside.
That was my first (and only) attempt at CS and I racked up about 7 kills over 3 hours... I think some of them were "mercy suicides" too

I'm guessing you're one of those people who mess up the keymappings in cyber caffes then?

MS Intellimouse, basically a bog standard white MS mouse with optical.

Cost me 50p, it works, cant see how I'd benefit from spending 60 quid on a mouse that esentially does the same thing

If I used cyber cafes I probably would
Set the keyboard to Swahili and input language to Swedish, that kind of thing

MX1000 and love it. Only thing is that its not quite instant waking up so when the screen is off and i push it accross the mat quickly it only turns the mouse back on, not enough movement to turn the monitor on so i have to wobble it side to side

I use the mouse that came with my 'cordless desktop optical'.. And I bought it because I really like the size and shape.. And have got on with it soo far, although I have noticed recently how fast its going through batteries! lol..

But still a very great mouse

    I use an mx510.

Anyone who's used an mx510 and mx518, is there much noticable difference?
