What mouse do you use?

I use a logitech duo elite I think it is. About 2 years old and all black with back button. Works a charm but has some lag now so I'm considering an MX1000 desktop setup.

My parents are using my v old original wired intellimouse explorer circa like 1999
Cost me £50 at the time which was a fortune for a 17 year old!

Anyone who's used an mx510 and mx518, is there much noticable difference?
