Thread: What do you use to repair scratched CD/DVDs??

    Brasso is the best thing for removing scratches from CDs. This has been shown in comparative tests against toothpaste, expensive products designed for the purpose, etc., by checking C1/C2 error rates after using the products.
    Seems it's also good for sorting out scratched iPod screens too.

    seconded on the brasso (or silvo might be better, but they're one-in-the-same). tbh ive never heard of anyone using toothpaste before
