What at a game. Probably the most spirited comeback ive whiteness. Breathtaking stuff. Once they got the 3rd i knew that they would go on to win it. The night suddenly became Liverpool’s, everything was going right after the first half. Im very happy for Liverpool their a team that deserves to be doing better than they have been. Now they've achieved ultimate glory on a club level. Well done

Well, I've been watching football for many years, I've watched countless games, World Cup finals, England games, everything, and I've never seen anything like that.
I mean, can you be any more dead and buried? 3-0 down to a wonderfully on form AC Milan side, being completely outplayed... 3 goals in 5 minutes, take it to extra time, survive extra time with a miracle double save, then win the shoot out, the European Cup, the glory, and go down in history as the team who performed the most dramatic cup final come-back in the history of the competition.
Amazing. Truly amazing.
And to think you get these idiots saying football is just a bunch of men in shorts kicking a ball around... to those people I say, either you have no soul, or you just don't get it.
What a game. A great example of why this is the only sport to be called the beautiful game.

I almost cried when Crespo put the third AC goal away, you actually couldn't have even imagined Liverpool could come back because of the number of goals and the way Milan were playing.

To be honest I couldn't care less - the comback of all time. Talk about the captain producing the goods when he needed to, committment from a player who is probably on his way out and determination from Alonso to make damned sure that penalty was going into the net whatever way counted.
