Sending an image to someone's phone is writing the code onto their phone's memory, I would've thought that code could be anything, not just a picture. Therefore you have to assume that people can send other things than pictures to people's phones, i.e. a virus.Originally Posted by Howard

I'm sure it is a laugh to send pictures to eachother etc, so I'm not condoning what you're doing, but I wouldn't want to risk it.
You don't have to condone it, just realise it's not hackng.

I would class it more like spamming than hacking.

Mine doesn't... I have a T610, some nice security settings actually .Originally Posted by Howard
But don't you still have to pair the phones and enter passcodes to send files?
nope. what you do is create a new contact, in the 'name' field write your message and then save it. select it and hit 'more' (on sont ericsson phones at least, guessing something similar for nokias etc) and then 'send' and choose bluetooth. the phone then seeks out any bluetooth enabled phones or applications in a 10m radius to which you can send your message. it pops up on the screen as a Vcard or something like that for the bluejackee to read.
again you can do this with pictures or videos or sounds...and its totally free!

Well I have the T630 which is essentially the same as your phone and it, as well as all the other SE phones I've encountered, all automatically accept contactsOriginally Posted by XA04
