Too competitive what would make you different and with only ordering parts thing, how do you get a part that dies for someone if the manufacturer doesn't make it anymore.... also most 'enthusiasts' build their own PCs, they are replacing parts every year sometimes to play the latest games that little bit better.. if you make uber PCs and charge like £1800 or so the people who call themselves gamers (but aren't) won't understand adding new parts when they pay that price and will expect it to run perfectly for the next five years. Also you'll need some form of customer services... and that can get really annoying, most problems are user related problems beacuse they screw up windows and don't give it tlc (malware, AV, firewall, registry cleaning, safe sites and software e.t.c.).
