Sometimes when I go out for lunch, me and one of my mates take it in turns to actually pay. We usually both offer to pay anyway, but thankfully it doesn't end up like that scene from Father Ted with Mrs Doyle and her friend fighting in the tea shop

You know what he's like. Wherever he hangs his hat, any 'port' in a storm etc. He's just not fussy. He's preparing to move out on his own, away from mummy & daddy and he wants a 'mate'. Well Vynl Vera's showing her age & is beginning to look well....shagged out.
