    Arrrrrrrrrrgh we recorded our rehersal and no track is less than 5mb other than a cover of Fire!!! the one i tried to submit was 7436kb can i compress it help please?

    Use a decent MP3 encoder and recode it with a low bitrate.

    Easiest way I can think of is to load it into windows movie maker, then save it as a finished movie... you'll get loads of size and file type options there then.
