children shall attend school for 2 days ( 8 til 6 to compensate ) then have to do practical duties for 3 days like working down the pit, or in mines, or digging holes of somesuch....this will turn them into efficiant workforce of the future

With my two day week plan, Unemployment disappears over night, Self service systems become a huge business ideal. It fixes traffic congestion problems. Reduces massive problems at the NHS due to the reduction in stress of our lives. People begin to take up walking as a passtime and reduces obesity in our society.

People take up doing things for the good of others and voluenteering to run childrens clubs etc.

The 2 day work week is greated with huge success and profitability actually increases compared to a 5 day week

Criminals get made to work a 6 day week as punishment for crimes.

What??? you mean you'd give 'em a day off!!!!!! serious offenders have to work 7 days a week doing nasty jobs like clearing up poo in care homes

And for light offenders they can go around doing everyones housework so no-one has to do that either

It's been an ever so "cracking" day since I found out a mate broke his neck in 2 places on Saturday/Sunday morning after climbing his back gate to get in as he was locked out the front.

He's in hospital now awaiting a few operations and they have given him a 50/50 chance for full feeling in his limbs again.
