    Well done all!

8 years now since I got mine. My mum was (and still is) a teacher at my school, and she was so worried about whether I'd get the grades I needed she got them to slip her the results the night before- and then didn't tell me! She could have saved me the trip into school then, would have had an hour's extra drinking time.

I got my AS results, i got 4 As and 2 Bs in a way.

I intend to redo a module which should bring one of the Bs to an A. The other B is a further maths module which i havent finished so could end up as an A if i start working this year (though i have just about got away so far without the effort).

definitely worth a remark, as even tho you may go down by some marks, at least it wont change ur grade.

just bear in mind the cost

but then also think about the a!

well done tho, a m8 dropped 6 marks from getting a grade he needed, and that cost him the place at his 1st choice, but he is content with going to his 2nd choice!

If you aren't going to uni this year, bear in mind that top up fees are active next year so you'll prob be paying a LOT more.

Well done on your grades, but in any case do go for the remark. It's 10 years since I did my GCSEs I'm still highly annoyed that I only got a C in English Language. It turns out that loads of people in my year got their papers resubmitted by the school because they didn't think they got the grades they deserved, and sure enough plenty of them got their grades increased. The English department thought that a C was about right for me though, and didn;t bother resubmitting mine. Absolute bastards

The C in English Lit I could take- but I've met people who got Bs and As in Language who can't even get their grammar correct.

As it happens though, I got AAC at A-Level, the A in Chemistry I scaped by 6 marks out of 600.

I'm at the uni - entering the third year of a maths course this October.

My college should be obvious (*looks at title*)
