A wise man once said to me - women are like monkeys they jump from tree to tree - remarkably interesting isn't it? (and true!)

I think that his justification is that his (previous) girlfriend jumped to him from her ex - and then jumped from him to the next.

Strange how blokes don't tend to be like this?

Maybe people need to be in a relationship? (I know heaps of people who need to have someone). I believe people need to get over the previous relationship before the next one. But, some say thatit is down to time and how involved you were with the previous relationship. I think everyone has been hurt once.

It's true though, I know girls that have got with every single one of my mates at some point. I knew a few that have done it actually. Strange though yes, but at the end of the day, they get a bad reputation for themselves

Agreed David, maybe insecurity is the reason people do this? maybe they are scared of being alone? maybe they are looking for something in a relationship?

I never did... iv'e only had 3 boyfriends ( and i married one ) been with Jon for 13 years Christmas... never felt the need to go from one relationship to the next...

I have known a girl that could never stay with a bloke for more then a few months, but despite always changing her blokes and friends, I've known her for a few years untill she decided to not speak to me.

Kinda sad that. Still trying to find her but not holding much hope, she doesn't keep a mobile number for more then a few months.
