Crazy uses of Technology to date.

What's the most craziest use of "technology" you have seen to date.

My vote is for the following item HERE

    Talk about crazy

Whatever will the boffins in the labs think of next ?

    Thats not crazy.

Thats a prank in a pillow!

Just text someone sleeping in the spare room. Make it sound like they're being abducted!

Surely if they can make all this stuff, they could also just all sit in one huge room and cure cancer.
(Maybe not, but still, IMO there's better use of time and resources than making SMS lightbulbs).

The thing is, if its just a load of leds in a square, how can it display text?
    - Or does it just do it 1 leter at a time?
    - But anyway, its daft, i think i'll just stick with a phone on table next to my bed!

Lol, nudges result in the pillow vibrating, and with excessive nudging comes a brain haemorage.

hmm i've been thinking that to get it any near worthwhile, i'm looking at a lot of LEDs.

2 characters, want 2*(8*5) But to allow space, really want 8*12, = way to much effort.

I might just put a binary clock in it, that lights up at alarm time, or when u shake it.

either way i like the idea of a geek pillow, and as i've only got enough pink 3mm size LEDs "in stock" atm, i think its going to have to be a gift. so might put a heart in as a febury 14th easter egg

Anyone think of anything better than a tempur pillow to use for this.... preferably cheaper.
