    I need a gun.

Yes, thats right. I need to be packing something.

Truth is that here at Skii Towers, we've all settled in nice and comfortably, everything is great, its nice, quiet, and all very pleasant.

    Apart from one thing.

The ASBO chav has reared his ugly head again, but not your tracksuited baseball-cap wearing type, no, this time its the feline variety, and herin lies the problem.

This little git keeps coming in our garden and frankly terrorising our limp wristed shandy drinking excuses for cats, he bounds over the wall and frankly struts about our garden hissing and growling, whilst the best defence that my two can manage is a quick hiss followed by bounding inside to find a small dark place - this I assume is a tactical retreat to the War Room where they can plan and initiate a devastating counter attack using forces not seen by man nor beast in our lifetime (I'm still waiting for that one mind)

So, meanwhile its down to muggins to defend the realm, and being someone with a degree of respect for our whiskered freinds, I need a weapon, but not something that will blast him into feline fragments, just something that will firmly 'disuade' him from entering our airspace whilst leaving him unharmed and
not inviting a visit from the RSPCA and some annoying little Bearded Australian bloke.

It needs to be small, relatively inexpensive, and ready to use at a moments notice.

Suggestions please, you gifted lot you.

    ta

    screw a water pistol

just a massive bucket of cold water

run at him as hard and fast as you can shouting something in zulu, if he thinks he has balls and doesnt move lob all the cold icy water over him

that should sort the little git out

or just mow the lawn lots, my old cat was seriously scared of the sound of a mower

BB Gun, one of the minature mp5's or something. 3 shots a second, and they hurt at medium range (10 metres).

Just leg it out hissing at him every time... we had a cat using our flowerbed as a bog everyday... after about three days of hurtling out there yelling at it, the bugger left us alone and now runs a mile whenever he sees me.

Add some 4ft spikes to your wall, my father put some rusty metal he found lying around inside the hedge in our front garden 'cos of all the ******s that kept jumping on it. We think someone saw us doing it because we were contacted by the council and swiftly asked to remove it, heh

Edit: after reading your post too quickly I realised we were talking about cats

Good suggestions here peeps, BBgun or water pistol seems the best solutions so far, and of course howling like a banshee at him

We have a supersoaker, and a small handgun/pistol thing my mum bought specifically for squirting cats. It works quite nicely

Leave a cat trap out, with some nice cat food in it, catch the cat and go for a nice drive across the country side... The rest I bet you can guess

yeah i'd say water pistol too, dont really want to throw things at it incase you upset its owners, but soaking it will deter it or you could get a hidden tape player with a tape of dog barking and whenever it comes near play it
