Hi m8, i know this is a long shot but it seems i knocked a surface mount risitor off the card when putting it back into the agp slot
Now i was wondering do ati offer a repair service for resolding these items back on and if so what whould i need to do to get this fix......

am well gutted at the mo could do with out having to spend 200 quid getting a replacement card but it's looking like thats the case as am not too keen on soldering the surface mounted ristor back on...

I wouldn't of thoght it was too hard to put it back on mate.

you can buy specail "glue" thats very conductive for doing surfice mount touching up stuff, i've had to do this when one long winter at my parents, i used my mum's magnifying glass and some of this gunk (I think you can find it on ebay now) to put some capacitors on. Its really easy, all you need is some tweasers, probably save you a bit of cash.
